The dictionary defines passion as a barely controllable emotion. I would like to put it as an eternal, powerful love for something that makes you happy. And what makes you happy is a beautiful day with the promise of some soul satisfying food. Rather than a glutton, I would like to be an explorer, for cooking is not just an art but also a science. As an engineer, I understand the importance of having perfect procedure and precision that makes or breaks a dish. And as a photographer, I cannot underestimate the need to make a dish look appealing and soulful. So this is me, an IT Professional, engineer, photographer and a food blogger, trying to bring you the best of culinary treats to you so that you too can share in that ecstasy that satisfied taste buds. Join me in this quest and remember, food is not nourishment, food is fulfillment.
