K’s Kitchen – The Gourment Food Company was started by Sasha and Param, sons of the famous food writer Karen Anand. K’s kitchen promises some delicious sauces, conserves, salads dressings, spreads, no added sugar jams and marmalades.

I was recently asked to review two of their products. One was a pasta sauce with black olives and the other was a tikka mayonnaise. The pasta sauce had a nice tangy tomato flavour with a zingy and spiky quotient. I used this pasta sauce to make a nice penne pasta and added some fresh cream for that richness. The tikka mayonnaise can be used in burgers, sandwiches or to go with your fried and greasy finger food.
