I feel a city is known by its street food and what better than to attend a street food festival which hosts the street food from all the cities.
The Eatery at Four Points by Sheraton is hosting a Street Food Festival and they have quite some interesting things in store.
From the streets of Lucknow, we had the Banjara Murgh Tikka, Tandoori Mahi Tikka and the Hare Matar ki Seekh. The Banjara Murgh Tikka had a nice charred texture and good flavor from the coriander. The Tandoori Mahi Tikka was well cooked while the Hare Matar ki Seekh was a delight for the vegetarians.
We also had the Kathi roll from the streets of Kolkata. The Kukkad Diaries was jumping in the air with excitement after seeing the Kathi roll counter and demolished the roll within a blink of the eye.
The Dahi Vada was also delicious while the Anda Bhurji reminded me of the late night cravings where you would head to Pune Station to devour some bhurji.
To complete the experience, we were also served the Kala Khatta Chuski.
The Eatery has done a brilliant job recreating the street food concept for the patrons. A big shout out to Ketaki from Hazel Outlook for inviting and Team Four Points by Sheraton for hosting us.
